Writer and lawyer, born into a family of Polish Jewish immigrants, he is an essayist, political scientist and business executive. He was chairman of the Supervisory Board and the Readers' Society of the daily newspaper “Le Monde”. An information technology expert, he is today the president of AM Conseil, a major European publishing hub, and president of the NGO EuropaNova.
