An analyst and journalist, he is Political Advisor to the Grand Mufti of Lebanon. He is President of the Lebanese Islamic-Christian Committee for Dialogue and Secretary General of the Permanent Islamic Committee of Lebanon. A Sunni, attentive to the presence of minorities in the Arab-Islamic world, he is one of the most listened to interlocutors of the Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmad al-Tayyeb and a point of reference of the Committee for Human Fraternity set up in Abu Dhabi after the signing in 2019 of the Document ‘Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together’.
