He is the presenter and main anchor of Al-Jazeera. He has worked for the network since its foundation in 1996. During these years, he has been involved in Al-Jazeera's foreign coverage and has interviewed many prominent personalities. He previously worked as an Arabic-language news anchor for various European broadcasters. In several interesting books, he recounts his experiences as a journalist.
